Terms of Service
Effective date: May 30th, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Hybrd's platform, dashboard, APIs, automation tools, verification tools, payment workflow features, and related services. By creating an account, ticking “I Agree,” connecting any exchange account, connecting any payment rail, or using Hybrd, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
1. About Hybrd
Hybrd provides AI-powered automation and orchestration infrastructure for high-volume P2P and OTC merchants.
Hybrd helps merchants securely manage transaction workflows across multiple exchanges and payment rails through a single dashboard, including automation, collections, payouts, wallet funding, payment confirmation, counterparty verification, reconciliation, reporting, and operational visibility.
Hybrd is not a bank, crypto exchange, custodian, broker, investment adviser, remittance company, or financial institution. Hybrd provides technology, workflow automation, verification, and orchestration services. Payments, wallets, settlements, and related financial services may be provided by licensed or approved third-party partners.
2. Eligibility and Authority
You may only use Hybrd if you are legally permitted to do so and are acting for a lawful business purpose.
If you register on behalf of a company, business, or merchant operation, you confirm that you have full authority to bind that business to these Terms.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during onboarding, verification, and ongoing use of the platform.
3. Merchant Responsibilities
You are responsible for your own trading activity, exchange accounts, payment instructions, customers, counterparties, funds, transaction records, tax obligations, regulatory obligations, and compliance requirements.
You must ensure that all funds processed through Hybrd are lawful, authorised, and not connected to fraud, theft, money laundering, terrorism financing, sanctions violations, hacking, chargeback abuse, bank glitches, mistaken transfers, or any other unlawful activity.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Hybrd complies with all laws, exchange rules, payment partner rules, banking rules, and applicable platform policies in every market where you operate.
4. Platform Access, Integrations, and Authorisations
You may connect exchange accounts, payment accounts, wallets, APIs, and other approved third-party services to Hybrd.
By connecting any account or service, you authorise Hybrd to access, process, transmit, automate, reconcile, and display relevant information and instructions required to provide the services.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login details, API keys, connected accounts, devices, employees, agents, and authorised users.
Any activity carried out through your account will be treated as authorised by you unless you notify Hybrd immediately and Hybrd confirms that unauthorised access has been contained.
5. Verification, Risk Controls, and Transaction Monitoring
Hybrd may verify merchants, users, counterparties, payment accounts, transaction information, device information, and supporting documents.
Hybrd may delay, reject, flag, suspend, or restrict any transaction, account, wallet, payout, collection, or workflow where fraud, risk, unlawful activity, suspicious behaviour, mismatch, dispute, chargeback, or compliance concern is detected.
Hybrd’s verification and risk tools reduce risk but do not guarantee that every transaction, counterparty, payment, or platform interaction will be fraud-free, error-free, or dispute-free.
6. Payments, Collections, Payouts, and Third-Party Partners
Hybrd may help coordinate collections, payouts, merchant wallet funding, settlement workflows, and reconciliation through approved payment, banking, wallet, verification, and infrastructure partners.
You acknowledge that third-party partners may apply their own terms, limits, fees, processing times, compliance checks, reversals, restrictions, outages, or settlement rules.
Hybrd is not responsible for delays, failures, reversals, restrictions, chargebacks, account freezes, bank errors, payment partner downtime, exchange downtime, or third-party system failures outside Hybrd’s reasonable control.
7. Fees and Charges
Hybrd may charge fees for automation, orchestration, verification, payment coordination, transaction processing support, reconciliation, reporting, and other platform services.
Applicable fees may be displayed in your dashboard, rate card, invoice, agreement, or product communication.
Hybrd may update fees from time to time. Where required, Hybrd will provide notice before material fee changes take effect.
You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, levies, or government charges connected to your use of the platform.
8. Prohibited Use
You must not use Hybrd to process, support, conceal, facilitate, or benefit from:
- stolen funds, fraudulent funds, unauthorised bank transfers, mistaken credits, system glitches, hacked accounts, identity theft, money laundering, terrorism financing, sanctions violations, illegal gambling, scams, mule accounts, chargeback abuse, fake disputes, market manipulation, or any activity prohibited by law or by Hybrd’s policies.
- Hybrd may immediately suspend or terminate access where prohibited use is suspected.
9. Records, Audit Trail, and Evidence
Hybrd may keep records of account activity, transaction activity, verification checks, consent records, device logs, IP addresses, timestamps, payment references, API activity, communication records, and accepted terms.
These records may be used for reconciliation, dispute resolution, fraud investigation, compliance review, customer support, legal proceedings, regulatory reporting, and protection of Hybrd, merchants, users, and partners.
10. Suspension and Termination
Hybrd may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account where required for security, compliance, risk management, fraud prevention, non-payment, misuse, breach of these Terms, partner instruction, regulatory instruction, or protection of the platform.
You may stop using Hybrd at any time, subject to settlement of outstanding fees, obligations, disputes, investigations, and any continuing legal or compliance requirements.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hybrd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages.
Hybrd is not liable for losses caused by merchant error, user negligence, wrong payment details, exchange restrictions, third-party system failure, unauthorised account access, fraudulent counterparties, chargebacks, partner downtime, regulatory action, or events beyond Hybrd’s reasonable control.
12. Merchant Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hybrd, its directors, employees, affiliates, merchants, payment partners, verification partners, banking partners, and service providers from any claim, loss, liability, damage, penalty, chargeback, dispute, investigation, cost, or expense arising from:
- your use of Hybrd, your transactions, your customers or counterparties, your source of funds, your instructions, your breach of these Terms, your violation of law, your connected accounts, your employees or agents, or any false, incomplete, or misleading information provided by you.
13. Updates to These Terms
Hybrd may update these Terms from time to time to reflect product changes, legal requirements, market expansion, partner requirements, risk controls, or operational updates.
Updated Terms will be made available on the platform. Continued use of Hybrd after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms will be governed by the laws applicable to Hybrd’s contracting entity, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
Where a dispute arises, both parties agree to first attempt good-faith resolution. If unresolved, the dispute may be referred to the competent court, tribunal, regulator, or dispute resolution forum applicable to the transaction, market, or contracting entity.
15. Acceptance
By ticking “I Agree,” creating an account, connecting any account, or using Hybrd, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Use.
